TOP 3 things you should’t be without in this hobby

A dedicated writing desk
Q-tips (go for none plastic!)
Syringe and needle (to fill your pens, cartridges – not yourself! OK, I get that Fire and Ice could look cool in the mirror, but please don’t.)

TOP 3 Mistakes to avoid (which I have myself done…)
– Drop fountain pen on its nib, bending it beyond original functionality
– Try to hold too many things in your hands while opening a bottle of ink that has it’s inner seal stuck, thus spaying the entire workplace with ink, and you unable to do anything about it, because you’re holding that precious pen and converters and whatnot’s…
– Ink a fountain pen with India ink, for use with dip pens, brush pens etc… (Takes a bit of cleaning…)

* Nemosine Singularity would ace this unless they had taken it out of production
** Notebooks, IMHO, are to bring a long as an every day carry and main purpose is to sit down, open and be able to take notes or write passages to support your ideas, stories, projects.
